Sick tea!


Hey allll! So I've been feeling a little under the weather lately, and there's one thing that always make me feel better. And that's tea! I've been making tea like this for awhile now and it's super good!

Tea for when you're feeling sick
  • 2 cups of hot water
  • 1 tea bag (I used good ol' celestial seasoning)
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp of honey
  • optional: cinnamon, ginger*, coconut oil (for adding yum and health benefits)

Cut the lemon in half, juice one half and add to large mug, cut the other half in slices and add to mug. 

Add hot water and tea bag

Stir in honey

If you were adding cinnamon and/or coconut oil, now is a good time to do that :) And voilĂ ! Delicious tea! Tastes like candy :D 

*If you're adding ginger, chop it up and mash it at the bottom of the mug, then continue with the recipe.
